Description

As already discussed in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/36449#discussion_r486296093 we would like to show a small legend in the table header, explaining the different types of flags (cluster-wide, OSD individual) and their related colors. As there is no easy way of doing that, it should be added in a follow-up PR.
