Description
There should probably be a way of using the rpm/yum procedures to remove
files and directories created by tasks such as ceph. Right now, the
_remove_sources_list_centos code removes the repo file, the /var/lib/ceph
directory, and the /tmp/cephtest directory.

The recent builds of the ceph-release package should remove the /etc/yum.repos.d/ceph.repo file when the package is removed. I verified that this was the case on todays build of master for centos.
The wip-4415 branch has a ceph.spec.in file that does similar clean up to what's done by the debian packages. That is:
- unmount any mounted file systems under /var/lib.ceph and remove that directory hierarchy
- remove the /var/log/ceph and /etc/conf directories
