Using VIM in a file system is very slow

process in ssh terminal is stuck when I use vim to edit the python or txt file and save to cephfs(mounted in kernel mode). 'Ctrl+C' and 'Ctrl+Z' even can't close the stuck process unless close the terminal and reconnect the host.
