Description

I got the error as following:
nvme_ctrlr.c: 308:spdk_nvme_ctrlr_alloc_io_qpair: ERROR: No free I/O queue IDs

This leads to ceph-osd crash.

I believe my NVMe card only supports a limit number of pairqueue which is not enough to support # of threads doing aio_submit.

I tested that my NVME card can create at most 6 pair queues.
