Description

Only use pg_dump in mgr modules when all the information is needed. Add interfaces for different parts of the PGMap.

Could this be backported to Nautilus? I believe this is causing the ceph-mgr on our larger clusters to get hung up in the mgr-fin thread under 14.2.6. This is causing prometheus to stop reporting metrics on one of them and to have sporadic reporting on another.
