Description

Rook wants to implement Multus Network and currently, the IPAM static type (one of the most common ones) does not implement CIDR support but only requires a NIC to be provided.
It'd be nice if Ceph daemon could read something like:

public network = eth1
cluster network = eth2

And then discover the subnet or the IP to bind on, whatever is better.
