Description

rgw: when you abort a multipart upload request, the quota may be not updated

You can get the problem do like this:

s3cmd put 30M s3://bucket
Ctrl + C
s3cmd abortmp s3://bucket/30M $upload_id

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
