Description
We need this in order to show the site map (zonegroup, zone, ...)
even when there is no realm.

It looks like apis to fetch zone/zonegroup configuration by name should suffice here, ie:
GET /admin/realm/zone?name=default
GET /admin/realm/zonegroup?name=default
