Description

The SSD CRUSH map example (http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/crush-map/#placing-different-pools-on-different-osds) contains a few errors preventing it from compiling:

- missing types
- step chooseleaf 0 type host should be step chooseleaf firstn 0 type host for each rule
- ruleset for ssd and ssd-primary are the same

Attached is the map with modifications.

It seems that the types are missing and rulesets for ssd and ssd-primary are still the same.
