Description

ceph-volume provides a JSON output which is useful for 3rd party tools like choose_disk, but surely many other like scripts or maybe UIs.

When a 3rd party tool parse such output, it could be useful that an API version is exposed so the tool could adjust its parsing regarding the version.
This is a great way to allow them handling changes in the relationship they have with this project.

No command output in Ceph uses a version number to indicate a JSON API version. 3rd party tools that understand what version of Ceph they are consuming should use that instead.
