Pushed several fixes to wip-2289. The scenario was:

creating bucket
trying to remove object that does not exist
trying to remove/list the bucket

There were a few broken issues following the recent omap changes. Mainly, the objclass omap api does not return -ENOENT when a key is not found. But that triggered other bugs that otherwise would have mitigated the problem.

In any case opened issue #2300 for the hanging part.
