Description

Import/export a volume from/to a file.

Pay attention to holes. On export, seek past holes to create a sparse file. On import, use FIEMAP ioctl to skip holes and avoid reading in/writing out zeros.

import implemented, 1b363dde22a4f421c7be14347b7591f814a35950. Need to implement import using fiemap for sparse files, will open a different issue for that.
