Description

It'd be helpful to be able to copy and/or rename rbd volumes.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement copy. Rename is a bit tricky -- basically we'd need to copy and erase -- unless we add some new naming scheme in which the block names are not totally related to the image name, and keep that name (at least, the name base) in the header. That'll probably be better anyway.
