Cfuse won't unmount properly with snapshot activity

Description

Perform the steps in #188, then ctrl-C cfuse. It won't unmount!

If you unmount and remount before creating the snapshot, it behaves properly.

Well, fixed the immediate problem in c89afb4c8b526dbd86e53b6fafb221a82749bf88.
But there are many issues with snapshots in the userspace client, see #219.
