Description

Out of order osd replies current trigger an ObjectCacher assert. Presumably there are lots more of them than the ones we see on those ceph-fuse workloads, and presumably a tester hammering a single or small number of objects and verifying reply orders would turn up bugs when combined with osd thrashing. This should help us track down #1490. And #1828.
