closedRGW: update deployment document for the nginx frontend

Description
As we know, Nginx is the most popular web-server currently. Our document doesn't introduce how to configure nginx as a frontend of RGW. I have deployed a RGW cluster with Nginx. There are some points that need to be noticed, like fcgi_keep_conn and keepalived parameters.
It's seems better if we update the document.

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.
