Description
Metadata master zone should trim its mdlog as peer zones make progress.
Peer zones should trim their mdlogs to match the metadata master's oldest entry.
All zones must clean up bucket instance metadata and bucket index shards (which are deferred in multisite configurations) when it's safe to do so.
