Description

The jerasure plugin now has runtime SIMD detection only. All plugin variants (jerasure_sse3 jerasure_generic) are now the same binary. If an osdmap contains a variant explicitly, it should be cleaned up and replaced by jerasure.

That cleanup should trigger when the require_kraken_osds OSDMap flag is set.

This is cleaned up in memory when the profile is read by OSDMonitor::check_legacy_ec_plugin()
