Description

pg 4.5 is exported from osd.5 in epoch 245
pg 4.5 splits into 4.5 and 4.15 in epoch 250
pg 4.5 is imported into osd.3 in epoch 263

..and it never splits.

Doesn't seem worth trying to fix at the thrashosds layer - having facets that don't use ceph-objectstore-tool would get coverage in both cases though.
