Description
This isn't a bug in the tool or in the OSD, but it's causing rare false-negatives in the tests since it's possible for that sequence to forget a write. Perhaps we should only import/export to the same osd for runs where min_size is 1?

smithi01513923-42 is deleted on osd.1 (only), but the pg is then exported and re-imported on osd.4 causing the pg state to go back in time in the mean time.

On min_size 1 don't have tests re-import to a random OSD because it won't be known to the primary.
