It is not possible to debug this any longer. Please copy and paste the relevant log output you may find (along with the link is fine) next time.
Output in Jenkins does not persist forever. So at some point they are just no longer available.
The code that does the work for the check is in the ceph-build repository: https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build
The job is called "ceph-pr-commits" and it is configured here: https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build/tree/master/ceph-pr-commits
The code that does the actual job is https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build/blob/master/ceph-pr-commits/build/test_commits.py
Poking around that it should make it easier to further debug and hopefully come up with a solution.
