Description

on smithi's centos version is 7.1.1503 and it fails current tests as they ask for 7.0
and we need to reconcile this before releasing the smiti lab to general consumption

I could tell teuthology to only submit X.Y:
14.04 -> 14.04
7.1.1503 -> 7.1
9 -> 9

Do we want this?

Yes, I think that's a good solution Zack. We don't differentiate beyond that afaik.
