Description
The watchers are dynamic state, so it doesn't need to be part of an export. Also, we can ignore watchers from an import of an export from an earlier version of ceph-objectstore-tool.
A new feature which changes encode/decode of an entity_addr_t based on feature bits would impact the export format because the entity_add_t doesn't include versioning.
