The tool should also verify that the head object clone_size has the correct value in the event that the object is a clone.

Hi, @Samuel Hassine, There is a command called "set_size", introduced by this commit https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/138a33b8946e6fea1e09527b8bc45b7aa4bee1d6. Is it your need?
