Description
The client sends a request off to the MDS which is never responded to. Logs in kai:~gregf/logs/snaptest2hang

The parent directory is being frozen (...on an import, it looks like? Is that possible?) and never finishes its freeze. I wonder if this is a cousin to #1158.

It turns out we had an improper set of checks when waiting on a freezingtree that involved changing snaps.
