/a/sage-2015-09-12_17:44:29-rados-wip-sage-testing---basic-multi/1052646

a reset happens on one of the two hb connections to the peer. the other is mark_downed. then new osd_pings are sent but none arrive on either interface.

this is a hammer -> infernalis upgrade test, both sides simplemessenger. need to reproduce with debug ms = 1
