Init scripts for Debian look for entries in ceph.conf which are missing.
The new scripts seem to work fine.

I should have mentioned: this is for the /etc/init.d/radosgw init script.
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ceph/ceph/master/src/init-radosgw works perfectly.
