http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/radosgw/config contains the following lines:
For Debian-based distros, execute:
sudo vi /etc/apache2/conf-available/rgw.conf
This command is inaccurate for 12.04 (which uses apache 2.2). For apache 2.2, the command should be:
sudo vi /etc/apache2/conf.d/rgw
