http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/radosgw/config/ is incomplete for Debian.

The 'CREATE A RADOSGW USER FOR S3 ACCESS' python s3test.py failed by following the documented instructions on trusty.

It turns out that /etc/apache2/conf-available/rgw.conf is created, but not enabled. a2enconf rgw enables that.

Then it turns out that mod rewrite is not enabled. a2enmod rewrite is needed to enable that.

After that, python s3test works.

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.
