Description

add a file in https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/tree/master/erasure-code to describe the default shec configuration (i.e. the one that most people are going to use to try it).
add a file similar to https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/tree/master/suites/rados/thrash-erasure-code/workloads with it by adding a symlink to the previous file
run suites/rados/thrash-erasure-code with https://github.com/ceph/teuthology/
