Description
For at least some testing (Calamari, at the moment), the exact version of the kernel doesn't matter, and installing a particular one is just a waste of time (particularly on a VM). While one can explicitly pass '-k -' to override the default of 'testing', one must, and one cannot currently put the "don't add a kernel stanza at all" in the yaml configuration.
The easy route to this functionality is to make '-' the default, and change those test runs that want to use testing to explicitly specify "testing". Note that they too will have to do this on the commandline, since the job name and initial configuration is done before the yaml is parsed. Perhaps this should change as well, but that's another bug.
