Create The existing objecter implementation is heavily wedded to workqueues and the classic messenger. It would be helpful to have an objecter implementation usable from crimson-osd. This crimson-osd, which would mean integrating with the seastar reactor and existing crimson messenger, monclient, etc implementations.
