The Backend API tests coverage was is disabled by default in "PR#24193":https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/24193 (See https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/24193) due to errors when running in this environment: docker + Python 2. We should fix this and check that coverage is working properly.
