Asking Ian and Neil, they confirm that what this means is "repos". The hard choice is going to be figuring out what of the stuff we bundle for ICE should not be part of the publicly-accessible repos (mainly rebuilds of packages); that, and where exactly to advertise the repos.

Yes, we need a ceph.com/<something>/calamari repo which contains the various packages.

What needs some discussion is the installation mechanism for the packages. Do we just document the manual steps to install the server+UI packages and the separate minions?
