Description

This is from when the MDS used to submit some journal events waiting for ack and some for commit/safe. It ensured that callbacks would always occur in log order, regardless of whether we waited for ack or safe.

- rip out ack_barrier stuff in journaler
- clean up journaler interface to only have a commit callback
- clean up MDLog code to always wait for commit; there is a bunch of dead conditional stuff in there that should be removed.
