At least, that's what it looks like. The last line in ceph.log has the final pg about to go clean and the osd 0 logs suggest that the pg went clean.

It looks like thrashosds gave up waiting as it usually does (it doesn't kill the child task so you just don't see any more stat checks). Looking at ceph.log it seems like recovery is just stalled.. I don't see [m]any recovery ops for most of the last hour.. it's always 138 active+clean and two pgs recovering or backfilling but making not apparent progress.

Those two pgs appeared to go clean from the osd log.
