Description

The class timeout is too long, we might want to consider some notification mechanism to let osds find out about new classes.

I think we should use the 'subscribe' mechanism to pass class changes (just the names of updated classes?) to osds. that way they can refresh immediately.

(Incidentally, I'm thinking 'ceph -w' should also be migrated to the subscribe interface. Currently it is hooked into the paxos internals, but the independent paxos state machines is something that eventually needs to be fixed in the monitor.. see #717.)
