Description
In the new functionality for error checking in v1.2.7 the cluster argument
was not used and it produces errors as the monitors attempt to use the default
ceph config file that will not exist if the cluster was created with a different name.

- Priority changed from Normal to Urgent
This needs to be fixed ASAP before the next release. It is annoying (and completely misleading) for users that are using some `--cluster` value and that is not being honored.
