Description
The ceph-mgr-dashboard RPM has a requirement on the python3-werkzeug RPM package, but no code in rpm -qf ceph-mgr-dashboard calls import on werkzeug libraries.
The restful mgr module does require werkzeug, but the CherryPy-based dashboard mgr module does not require it.
I think this was a bug introduced in the package split in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/937025b4f3c952a151a0b2c86731f7812c14afa2
Ernesto cleaned up werkzeug from requirements.txt later in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/1e07237d92da3bb5eba82b49f6276d17696e6985
And Kefu removed it from debian/control in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/ef19547e83e5a159279b11d0876ac24a6c1ebd7e
Let's remove it from ceph.spec.in also.
