Description

in pages, where the server-side paginations are implemented like Cluster -> Services, Block -> Images.
Probably we need to show some spinner to indicate the page is loading rather than looking like broken view even if its for
a few seconds.

Rather than a spinner, the new shiny thing is a "skeleton": Patternfly or Carbon.
