Description
1. Please change - tgt_cmd_extra_args = "--cpumask=0xF" under [spdk] section.
2. Please add [discovery] section and set these fields into it:
addr = > this should be set by default to the GW IP address which was used in the orc apply command. This field should be configurable via spec file.
port = 8009 > 8009 is the default. This field should be configurable via spec file.
