Description

this example:
crushtool --build 128 shelf uniform 4 rack straw 8 root straw 0 -o map
does not work

this does work:
crushtool -o map --build --num_osds 128 shelf uniform 4 rack straw 8 root straw 0

it is found in the man page, and on:
http://ceph.com/docs/next/man/8/crushtool/

does not work in 0.67.2.
