Description

Issue #5895 caused us to have to implement a really disappointing workaround to deal with a pushy problem: https://github.com/axw/pushy/issues/45

I really don't think we should be okay with this in the long term.

Merged into ceph-deploy master with hash: 5a87cb8

We have now started the migration away from pushy which fixes this for all actions using the new library.
