allow a 'any namespace' flag for PGLS.. maybe a different op code? (PGLSALL, or PGLS_NS, depending on whether we want the old or new op lists a specific ns)
modify the foo_t for each object item, which currently includes oid and key, and add namespace to it, so that you can list all objects, all namespaces, and see what objects are stored with what keys in what namespaces. i guess we don't want to include the namespace field for the PGLS on a single NS, though, so we can make 2 different types...
