Description

This is more digged log about problem, described after closing #4811 (and not related to directly).

First I just not debug_ms. No visible deadloop (--debug_ms 10). This is first assertion in this point, other tens of deadloop was killed by me (twice), so main issue is "deadloop". Monitor is frozen and out of quorum.

Never happened on f4804849b7644f2c1dfd92404682f510a88e9a23, only after.

Or commit after few hours of this bug (something about Paxos leaks) fix it, or it is disabling tcmalloc, but now while all OK.
