mgr/dashboard: Lot of wasted horizontal space when looking at performance counters

Description

Looking at #/perf_counters/osd/3 , the default table rows is 10 . This is imo a lot of wasted space. See attached screenshot.
Maybe increasing the default number of rows to 25 or so is a better default?
