The cluster network of ceph cluster have no data flow

Description

We set up ceph cluster by use of version(v14.2.0),while we found its' cluster network have no data flow when we write to disks.It is noteworthy that the public network is bond4.995 and the cluster network is bond4.996 when the NIC mode is bond4.
