Description
Currently it's only possible to run `...make; make tests -j8; ctest ...` on the same machine.
Please consider changing this behavior and allow multiple instances as it would increase productivity of PRs testing.

Rejecting luminous backport - luminous is EOL.

While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
