@Eric Chen - please don't manually copy the issue to create backport issues. This is very difficult (impossible?) to get right manually, so we do it automatically by script. The only manual step here is to set "Pending Backport" status when the master PR is merged.

I run the script often, but it can be triggered by any Ceph developer, from inside a Ceph master source clone, if the developer feels a need to expedite the creation of backport issues. For this bug, the command would be:

$ src/script/backport-create-issue --user $MY_REDMINE_USERNAME --password $MY_REDMINE_PASSWORD 38171

(Note that this is a NOOP on any issue that is not in "Pending Backport" status, since we want to avoid cherry-picking of commits that aren't yet merged to master.)
