Description
ObjectCacher::Object::merge_left() may cause severe internal fragments if both buffer head only have a few data (both buffer head have 4K preallocated space)

I've applied this patch on 12.2.7, rebuilt ceph-fuse and ran my test case that originally produced this issue. Happy to report that the ceph-fuse memory usage is now stable after several days of running.
